Beta 4 - Performance and Cultists

Another day, another patch.

• You SHOULD now be able to get the good ending after it broke in 3.1
• Replaced placeholder text in the good ending with actual dialogue
• Added the cultist storyline
• A few bad ends have been added as always
• For those who didn't try out 3.1 
  • Performance was significantly improved 
  • Added game quality settings.

What comes next? 
No more storylines will be added, instead I'll try to polish up those that are in the game already and add a few more choices to them while also making the game more responsive to all the various orders and choices you can make and tweak text accordingly.

Bugs
The more events there are, the higher the chance of things happening in a way I never expected. I'll be making a dedicated topic for reporting text that doesn't make any sense.
